A great mix of both XOIT and strength to get the heart rate pumping. Both body weight and weighted movements used. These sessions will have you feeling Fit and Strong. You will utilise dumbbells, dead balls, kettlebells, battle ropes, tyres, sandbags, benches and body weight movements. All fitness levels catered for with scaling options available.
45 minute High Intensity Interval training, class combining both Strength and Conditioning.
These sessions are quick, fun and will have you leaving sweaty, fulfilled and maube a little sore.
Interval times are varied to keep sessions fresh and vary depending on sessions.
